Timely humanitarian aid to Ukraine demonstrates that Taiwan is a responsible member of the global community.

Taiwan strongly condemns Russia’s military invasion of Ukraine, joining with like-minded partners in imposing economic sanctions on Russia in response. In a show of solidarity with Ukraine, the Taiwan government has launched a fund for refugees displaced by the conflict and is working with local businesses, civic groups and volunteers to raise relief supplies such as medication and surgical masks, among other essential goods. As a responsible member of the global democratic community, Taiwan Can Help Ukraine in its hour of need.
